Formalities, Documentation for Weddings
All the following documents must be in English or a certified translation is required.

Required Documents:
• Valid passports
• Birth certificates  
• Proof of single status an affidavit or an official letter.
• If divorced – proof of Decree Absolute
• If applicable – proof of name change
• If under 21 – evidence of parental consent
• If widowed – death certificate

Guests must stay on the island for 3 days, before the licenses can be issued. The formalities have to be done in the presence of the guests, which takes approx. 1 - 2 hours to see all the different offices.
